We are happy to use whatever cleaning product that suits the client, but we recommend cleaning products that are gentler on the environment. We will sort your recycling, take out the kitchen waste to the compost bin, and even drop off stuff at the charity shop for you!

As our housekeepers live locally, we encourage the use of public transport as much as possible.

Our system is transparent – each job will be recorded on the housekeeper’s timesheet and a copy of this will be left for the client on receipt of payment. For added security, if you wish your housekeeper to use a pre-arranged password when arriving at your home, this can easily arranged via my-housekeeper.co.uk. They will also carry ID badges.
